Our traditional Rewena bread is made with the whole potato for deep flavour and a soft, moist crumb. Small pieces of potato skin mix throughout the crumb, adding texture and character that make our rewena exceptional when toasted. Mildly tangy, hearty, and full of natural complexity, it’s a classic New Zealand loaf with real depth and authenticity.
